Heston Apex Europe operates a 365 day, 24 hours all encompassing maintenance solution for the residential and commercial sector.  Our engineering team has the knowledge and experience needed to ensure that our customers receive unparallel service.  Each contract is tailor made to suit our clients requirements from routine to fully comprehensive.

Heston Apex Europe has the knowledge and ability to work with all security systems as well as retro-fitting or updating existing solutions where necessary.

Our fully comprehensive contracts afford clients total peace of mind.  We provide an engineer on-site each week to carry out weekly maintenance checks on all relevant systems, as well as bi-annual routine services.

Additionally, our clients are provided with a dedicated call-out email address to contact whenever an issue arises, day or night.  This email is then sent to all staff members, going through the administrative staff during office-hours, and to the on-call engineers out of hours.  It is our aim to have visited the site within 4 hours after the call-out email has been sent.

This gives them the added security of being able to trace any callouts they have made.  We also sent callout synopsis to each callout along with a monthly statistic record.  This allows for each client as well as ourselves to closely monitor any equipment issues that their may be, as well as trends.

We feel that this offers our clients peace of mind without an obtrusive onsite presence – security, made pure and simple.
